SELF CARE THROUGH BODY CENTERED AWARENESS
Feb. 24th & 25th, 2017, Tarpon Springs, Florida
Seeking a mindfulness experience which connects you to the deeper, wiser, more empowered YOU?
Join us for a unique opportunity to experience the musical power of Holotropic Breathwork™ together with the nonverbal interactive experience of Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning. This workshop explores and develops the skills of self regulation leading to self empowerment through heart/body centered awareness while in a safe and supportive environment.
. explore the felt sense via sensory awareness
. develop relationship skills through the understanding of habitual non productive thought and behavior patterns
. enjoy potential release from the root cause of physical/emotional pain
. create pathways to inner strength
Holotropic Breathwork™ and its powerful music, creates a pathway into a non- ordinary state of awareness with self that is supported by the non judgmental, bio feedback of the horse in Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning which embodies the overall richness of the total experience. We offer understanding into mastery of self-empowerment in one extraordinary and fascinating eve and day.
A 45 minute craniosacral/energy balancing massage is optional (yet recommended) on the Sunday for an inclusive fee of $270.00.
This workshop is limited to 5 participants, therefore it is strongly advised to register early to secure your place. The experience should be considered as healthy self exploration rather than as any form of therapy.
